Howell Film - Back on home ground!
Working in collaboration with Peter Dixon and Mayor Rama Chatterjee, Howell Film have produced a new short film to promote our home town of Barnard Castle. There’s more to ‘Barney’ than meets the eye…particularly more than those who, controversially, came here to test their eyesight! To make the film we interviewed scores of locals and shot the town from numerous settings. The film is perfectly paced and reflects the values and experiences of the wonderful Barnard Castle folk!
